Ms. Dai obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Outstanding Graduate Student Award from China University of Political Science and Law in 2017.
Ms. Dai was qualified as a Lawyer in The People's Republic of China in 2019 and continued working on corporate/commercial, intellectual property and employment matters.
Prior to becoming a PRC Lawyer, Ms. Dai had worked as a Paralegal with a local law firm in Hong Kong and has assisted in various areas of law including China appointed attesting matters, commercial and corporate matters, company secretarial services and conveyancing. She also has experience in handling employment disputes, as well as trademark applications.
Ms. Dai joined Robinsons, Lawyers as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in 2021.
